Went to the service department at Antwerpen an talked to KC and got a price for a back up camera replacement . The estimate was spot on an a next day service appointment was set up . The next day the tech discovered an oil leak which I had tried to find on my oun but was unable to track down . KC called and let me know what needed to be done and again gave me an exact price quote . The work was done the next day and KC called and let me know when the work was completed . I really can't think of anything that could have made this service work gone any better .Thank You KC & the Antwerpen service team !

Sometimes good Sometimes okay

I have been remiss in doing a timely survey and thus appologize. As in the past, services were remarkable. "KC" was persistent in locating a new exterior rear view mirror for my 12 year old Enclave. Some were damaged upon receipt at the dealership. When the mirror unit was received, I was able to schedule the replacement in a few days. After a warm welcome and pleasant conversations with the staff, I was out of the dealership in less than 1.25 hrs. Needless to say, KC, Lisa and the staff are a pleasure to work with. P.S. The power mirror is working flawlessly. Thanks to all!

Easy to schedule and modify appointment, service was fast and thorough.

Came with an e-mail coupon that said present to service writer. Told I needed to print it. Waited over two hours for “oil change only”. Then presented $850 in work that should be done. Had to argue to get the $40 off coupon.
